I highly recommend this location. The staff is absolutely fabulous! Pleasant and welcoming! The office itself is very comfortable and soothing. Dr. Jonathan D. Sher is best optometrist I have ever been to. He is not only very thorough and informative he is also very nice, kind, and thoughtful.  He made me feel comfortable and reassured.

Best eye doctor I've ever been to! He was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Plus, the staff was helpful and very pleasant.

I have always had nothing but the most amazing experience here!! Everyone who works here is so kind and knowledgeable and just extremely helpful! The doctors are awesome and know exactly what they are talking about and spend as much time with you as you need as well as the technicians! It is truly refreshing! BUT THE BEST PART is that there has not been a single time that I have come to pick up my glasses and have had to get them adjusted a million times while sitting there, which has happened to me a lot over the 29 years that I’ve had glasses and went anywhere else. It is so freaking awesome to be able to just come pick up your glasses and it only take 5 minutes, instead of 30 minutes to an hour lol their prices are super reasonable and they are just overall incredible! I enjoy working with this team and could not ask for a better place to buy my glasses from.. as someone who has horrible vision and absolutely needs them, it’s essential to have a great team and they have that here and I so appreciative to every single one of them!!! Thank y’all for making this process so painless.. even when I’ve lost them and had to get new ones, they have rushed a new pair in for me because they knew how vital it was for me to have them! They are saints   🏻🙌🏻☺️

I have been this TSO location for years.  They have always been fantastic to myself and my family. Friendly, professional, and committed to their patients. I love my glasses, too. The prescriptions are always on point.

We just went in last week for our annual eye exams, and were reminded why we continue to travel up to see Dr. Sher and his team at this TSO location, even after moving to Plano nearly 2 years ago. The hospitality of the entire team is spectacular, and Dr. Sher's communication style and candor is so appreciated. Thank you for always providing us with a wonderful and comfortable experience each time we enter the office. Same time, same place next year? ;-)

I have come here for years for eye exams and glasses. The staff and doctor here have always been courteous, respectful and friendly! I recommend them without reservation.

I had a great experience!  Loni was great! She went above and beyond. I ordered glasses and when I received them I didn’t like them. I went back in and she had me try on several pairs! I have a small slender face and it’s hard to fit me.  We both agreed on a pair. I received them, and absolutely love them. I told her about the eye disease I have. It’s hard to see the computer. She suggested I should try computer glasses. And o my!  It’s a whole different world! The numbers and letters are clear and crisp. Thank you for having an employee who truly cares about her patients!!

It took me several months and a couple of visits to decide on getting new glasses. Each time I visited, all of the employees were welcoming, patient and helpful with my personal dilemma. When I finally decided on some frames and had the eye exam with Dr Sher, I couldn’t have been more pleased! He is very personable, professional and informative. His entire staff is top notch and if you ever just need to have your glasses adjusted, this is the place!!! I WILL return for future eye needs!

One of the few vendors for safety glasses in the area! They were so helpful in getting a pair of glasses ordered for me for work in the right Brand for my job! Arrived quickly and fit perfectly!
